Pairly is built to be played without an account. We keep what we collect to the minimum needed to make the games work, and we don't sell your data. This policy explains, in plain language, what that means.
Who we are

What we collect
- No sign-up data. Pairly's games don't require an email, password, or profile to play.
- Gameplay data. To connect two players in real time, we temporarily process the moves, answers, and session information you create while playing. This is what lets the game work between the two of you.
- Basic analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which games they open, so we can improve the experience. This includes standard information such as your approximate region, device type, and pages viewed.
How we use it
- To run the games and connect you with the other player.
- To keep the service working, secure, and free of abuse.
- To understand overall usage so we can improve Pairly.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We rely on a small number of trusted service providers (such as hosting and analytics) to operate the site, and they only process data on our behalf to provide those services.
Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the games will still work.
Data retention
Gameplay session data is short-lived and used only to run the active game. We keep aggregate analytics for as long as it's useful to improve the service.
Children
Pairly is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
